- DARUMA
- Bring you a wish color right eye black, when you wish comes true, then color the left eye black.
- MANEKINEKO
- People love to have lucky cat as Mascots, to bring good fortune, to invite happiness and to bring prosperity to businesses. They are placed at the enterances of house and in store windows.
- OBI
- OBI is Japanese belt for KIMONO or YUKATA.
They are usually made of satin, chirimen, cotton, nylon or polyester.
- ORIGAMI
- Origami is the Japanese traditional art of making various forms, such as animals or flowers, by folding a piece of paper. People in Japan are familiar with Origami from their childhood. It is very unlikely to find a japanese who cannot make orizuru(paper crane). There is also a custom to send Senbazuru, a bundle of 1000 folded paper cranes strung in strings, to a friend or a relative who is suffering from some illness or injury. This is to wish for their recovery.
- SENSU
- A hand-held fan is an implement used to induce an airflow for the purpose of cooling or refreshing oneself.
- SHODO
- Shodo is a traditional art of writeing using brush and sumi(ink) to write Japanese or Chinese characters. It is also a way of appreciating the lines, shape, texture, the surrounging space, ink shades, as well as the meaning of each character.
- YUKATA
- Yukata is a Japanese summer casual garment. People wearing yukata are a common sight at fireworks displays, bon-odori festivals, and other summer events. Commonly, the yukata is made from white cotton fabric dyed with aizome(indigo dye), a traditional way of dyeing in Japan.
